- Monitor residents health and report any changes to the nurse or supervisor.
- Assist with mobility, transfer and light exercise.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Record daily care activities accurately.
- Follow company policies, infection control, and safety procedures.
