Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Givers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team and provide exceptional care to residents in a variety of settings. Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
• Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to ensure health stability
• Support residents with medication administration following prescribed guidelines and safety protocols
• Provide specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or other cognitive disabilities, ensuring a safe and calming environment
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote mental well-being and community involvement
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided, resident progress, and any changes in condition
• Follow safe patient lifting practices and manual handling procedures to prevent injury for both residents and staff

Requirements

• Prior experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred
• Knowledge of dementia care, memory care, Alzheimer's care, and geriatrics is advantageous
• Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) and First Aid is required or obtainable upon hire
• Ability to operate a standard passenger car safely when needed for community outings or appointments
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or cognitive impairments is a plus
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration
• Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and assist with resident transfers safely
• Commitment to providing respectful, compassionate care that promotes dignity and independence

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
