About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Care Agency Care Manager Assistant to join our team in Metairie, Louisiana. As a manager assistant, you will be responsible for helping overseeing daily operations, coordingating client care, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients. Your strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential in driving our mission to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. You will need referral sources to help bring in new clients and you will be required to build good relationships with referral sources from within the medical community to help coordinate top tier client care and growth client census. Outgoing, energetic, positive attitude is a MUST.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Management: Assist in managing a team of caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services
• Operational Oversight: Assist in overseeing and coordingation daily operations, including scheduling, staff management, and client communication
• Quality Assurance: Assist in compliance with regulatory standards, accreditation requirements, and BrightCare HomeCare's quality assurance policies
• Client Services: Collaborate with clients, family members, and healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans and ensure client satisfaction
• Staff Development: Assist in providing ongoing training and support to staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional care
• Skills: Strong leadership and clinical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
