We are seeking polished, emotionally intelligent professionals who are passionate about people and naturally create comfort and instill confidence. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and helping others remain engaged in the life they love.

What You'll Do

• Build meaningful one-on-one relationships with older adults and their families.
• Facilitate outings, appointments, social engagements, hobbies, exercise, and community involvement.
• Support clients with daily routines while preserving dignity, independence, and choice.
• Observe and communicate changes in cognitive, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
• Collaborate with the COVE team to deliver highly personalized lifestyle support and care.

Who Thrives at COVE

Our strongest Care Partners often come from backgrounds such as:

• Nursing, occupational therapy, physical therapy, social work, and other healthcare professions.
• Medical, nursing, PA, OT, PT, psychology, and social work students.
• Recent graduates in psychology, communications, sociology, hospitality, education, recreation therapy, or related fields.
• Luxury hospitality, concierge, customer experience, and wellness professionals.

This is not a traditional caregiver role focused solely on tasks and supervision. It is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact while developing skills in relationship-building, aging, cognition, communication, and person-centered care within a high-touch, elevated service model.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 40.0 per week
