Amy's Eden Senior Care is hiring Care Partners NOW.

If you're a caregiver who is tired of rushing from resident to resident, we'd like you to see a different way of providing senior care.

Our homes have only TWO residents.

You aren't responsible for a hallway full of people. You have the opportunity to actually know the people you care for, prepare meals, keep a comfortable home, have conversations, laugh, listen, and help two people continue living meaningful lives.

PAY & SCHEDULE

$200–$225 per 24-hour shift, depending on experience and qualifications.

Each 24-hour shift includes an 8-hour sleep period.

While staying in the home, Care Partners are provided with:

• A comfortable bed and sleeping area
• Meals during the shift
• A small residential home environment
• Consistency with the residents they serve

YOU ARE NEVER ALONE — INCREDIBLE SUPPORT

Working in a small home does not mean you're on your own.

One of the most important things we offer our Care Partners is support.

When you need help, have a question, aren't sure how to handle a situation, or simply need someone to talk something through with, our team is there for you.

Our leadership and support team work closely with our Care Partners. We want you to have the training, communication, resources and backup you need to succeed.

We don't expect you to know everything on your first day.

We will teach you. We will coach you. We will support you.

Because when we take great care of our Care Partners, they can take great care of our residents.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Amy's Eden Care Partner, you'll help two residents with their daily lives, which may include:

• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Companionship and conversation
• Activities and appropriate outings
• Mobility assistance
• Medication reminders within the scope of the position
• Documentation
• Maintaining a clean, welcoming home
• Encouraging independence, dignity and purpose

Sometimes the most important thing you'll do is simply sit down, listen and be present.

WHO WE WANT

Experience is valuable, but we're also looking closely at character.

We want people who are:

Dependable Compassionate Honest Patient Coachable Positive

Experience as a caregiver, PCA, CNA, home-care worker, assisted-living caregiver, dementia caregiver, hospice support worker or family caregiver is helpful.

But we're looking for more than a résumé.

We're looking for people who understand that when you say you're going to be there for a resident, they're counting on you.
