Qualifications: Your Personality & Values Count Most! No prior care experience is needed; we’re looking for caring, reliable individuals with great personalities and strong values. Essential Requirements: ✔ Aged 18 or older

✔ Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

✔ Right to work in the UK

✔ Enhanced DBS check (fully supported by us)

Your Responsibilities as a Care Assistant: Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and companionship

Develop and follow tailored care plans, respecting each client's unique needs and preferences

Drive to clients’ homes to provide care, ensuring safe and timely transportation

Maintain regular, clear communication with clients and their families, offering reassurance and updates

Accurately document care activities and promptly report any changes in client conditions

Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and dignity at all times
