Care Professional

We're looking for someone special. 🧡

At Walfinch Camberley & Farnham, we believe that great care starts with great people - and right now, we're growing our team of care assistants.

This isn't just a job. It's the chance to make a real, tangible difference to the lives of people in our local community, helping them to live safely, comfortably and with dignity in their own homes.

We're a brand new, locally-rooted home care provider - which means the person who joins us now will help shape who we are and how we do things. That matters to us enormously.

What we're looking for:

✔ Someone who genuinely cares - not just as a profession, but as a value

✔ A driver with access to their own vehicle

✔ Someone looking for flexible, part-time hours that work around life

What you can expect from us:

✔ A team that backs you, listens to you, and respects you

✔ Person-centred care — we do things properly, always

✔ The chance to grow with us from the very beginning

This is your Time to Thrive — and help others do the same.

Sound like you? We'd love to hear from you.
