We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in their own homes. The role involves supporting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting their well-being. Candidates should have a genuine interest in caring for others.

Responsibilities

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Supporting patients with mobility and transferring needs
• Administering medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and maintaining accurate records
• Preparing nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements
• Engaging clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
• Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness or isolation
• Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe living environment
• Supported clients to appointments or outings as required, ensuring safety at all times
• Responding promptly to emergencies with appropriate first aid procedures and escalation protocols

This role requires a caring attitude, organisational skills, and the ability to handle physically demanding tasks. Applicants should be committed to providing respectful and empathetic support tailored to individual needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
