About Warrens Shawe Lane We’re recruiting Support Workers for Warrens Shawe Lane, our purpose‑built supported living service in Edgware. The service includes seven modern, spacious apartments across three floors, each with its own lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. There is also a communal lounge, enclosed garden, and onsite laundry facilities, creating a warm and inclusive environment.

Shifts & Contracts

• 12‑hour shifts (8am-8pm - Days) (8pm-8am Waking Nights)
• Weekday and weekend availability

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll support people with everyday tasks and meaningful moments, including:

• Personal care and wellbeing
• Meal planning and preparation
• Household tasks
• Hobbies, activities, and social events
• Building confidence, independence, and life skills
