Offer direct to consumer services and create service requests

This position is a remote position that requires the team member to maintain internet with the bandwidth capable of job roles and responsibilities.

Key Performance Indicators

Average Handle Time- Not to exceed 3:00 minutes.

Minimum outbound daily calls- 50

Minimum inbound daily calls: 50

Attendance: 2% or less absences over a rolling twelve-month period. All absences require a doctor’s note. Attendance policy applies to tardy’s.

Availability: Agent must be available to take calls 85% of the day.

Call Observations: Must be 70% better at an average of quality and communication styles.
