Job description:

• Managed customer inquiries and requests across multiple communications channels.
• Provided operational support for healthcare services, including verification, coordination, and issue resolution.
• Handled administration accurately and efficiently in accordance with established procedures.
• Coordinated with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer needs.
• Handled service escalations and followed up on cases to ensure resolution within established services standards.

Requirements:

• Having a Medical educational background (nurse or midwife)
• Minimum 1 year experience in insurance company, handling claim, call center/customer service would be an advantage
• Experience in dealing with client, TPA & Hospital
• Good analysis, detail oriented & accurate, adaptable & quick learner.
• Excellent communication skill, pro-active & initiative.
