Team Leader – Residential & Rehab Care, Hartlepool

No two days are the same at Westview Lodge. We're a family-run home in the heart of a Hartlepool residential area, caring for people from our own community. Alongside residential care we deliver rehab, so you'll see residents arrive at their lowest and leave stronger and more independent.

It's a busy home, and what gets us through is each other. Our team is friendly, down-to-earth and has each other's backs - nobody is left struggling alone on shift.

What you'll do:

• Lead by example on shift, delivering high-quality personal care
• Support, supervise and train junior and new care staff
• Write and review care plans and daily records
• Support residents with dementia, limited mobility and end-of-life needs
• Liaise with GPs, district nurses and families on resident wellbeing

What we're looking for:

• Reliability and consistency - someone the team can count on
• Genuine empathy, compassion and a real desire to work in care
• Willingness to go above and beyond for residents
• Experience in a senior care or team leader role
• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Availability for alternate weekends
