What You Do Matters

You won’t just help people get dressed or take their medication. You’ll help them feel safe, seen, and supported. You’ll be the reason someone smiles, eats a warm meal, or feels confident enough to face the day.

Your role includes:

· Visiting clients in Fareham, Gosport, Locks Heath and surrounding areas

· Supporting with personal care and hygiene

· Assisting with medication and mobility

· Preparing meals and helping with household tasks

· Offering companionship and emotional support

· Encouraging independence and wellbeing

· Communicating with families and health professionals

· Following our safeguarding policies

You’ll work in people’s homes and communities, helping them live with dignity, safety, and joy.
