Care Worker

Small 15 bedded care he all ground floor
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals in various care settings, including assisted living, nursing homes, and home care environments. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for clients through attentive and respectful care. Duties

• Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support
• Provide patient care tailored to individual needs, including medication administration and health monitoring
• Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
• Manage behaviour and provide emotional support, particularly for those with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being
• Follow health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary
• Document care provided accurately and report any concerns to senior staff

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living, nursing home care, or home care is advantageous
• Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, and care
• Relevant skills in caregiving,
• willingness to undertake training if not already qualified mandatory paid training supported
• Strong communication skills with a caring and empathetic approach
• Ability to work as part of a committed small team providing support to residents person centred approach to care is a must

Pay: £12.71-£12.82 per hour
