Bridge Care Services is a well-established local home-care provider with 26 years of experience supporting people in their own homes.

As we continue to grow our services into Offerton and Bosden Farm, we're looking for caring and reliable Care & Support Workers to join our team.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working locally and would like to become part of a growing team supporting clients across Offerton, Bosden Farm and our established Marple area.

The role

You'll provide care and support to people in their own homes, helping them to remain independent and enjoy the best possible quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and support with daily routines
• Getting clients up, washed, dressed and ready for the day
• Medication support
• Meal preparation
• Companionship
• Light domestic support
• Supporting independence and wellbeing
• Following individual care plans
• Communicating effectively with clients, families and colleagues

Where you'll work

Offerton
Bosden Farm
Marple and surrounding areas

As we're currently building our client base in Offerton and Bosden Farm, you'll initially be working across these areas alongside our established Marple service.

As our new client base grows, there will be opportunities for more work within the Offerton and Bosden Farm area.

We carefully plan our routes using Google Maps to keep calls local and manageable, rather than sending carers all over the place.

£14.20 per hour for Support Work
45p per mile
Travel time paid

We're particularly looking for:

People who can offer:

• Evening availability
• Weekend availability
• Flexibility to work across Offerton/Bosden Farm and Marple

You must drive and have access to your own vehicle for work.

Previous care experience is desirable, but we will consider applicants who have the right attitude and values and can complete the required training.
