Care worker

Diverse Home Care is an independent domiciliary care provider in Nottingham providing care to people living in their own homes. Our focus is to provide high quality person-centred care to all service users, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. The service users health, safety and wellbeing is paramount to the service that we provide.

We are currently recruiting for caring and reliable healthcare assistants and support workers to join us on our journey to provide a high quality care service in the Nottingham area.

The healthcare assistant/support worker role will involve:

• Providing personal care and support to clients including washing, bathing and toileting
• Provide refreshments, snacks and assist at meal times
• General housekeeping duties, providing practical support and assisting with domestic tasks
• Ensure confidentiality at all times
• Promote mobility and independence
• Develop healthy relationships with clients, relatives, visitors and the care team
• Communicate effectively with the care team
• Assist with on-going assessments of clients, reporting any changes
• Assist with the training of new care team members

The successful healthcare assistant/support worker will have:

Previous care experience is beneficial however full training will be provided.

We offer competitive rates of pay and mileage paid for drivers.

Ideally the post holder should hold a full UK driving license

The post holder should be able available to start work day at 07:00.
