We’re now looking for kind, dedicated, and reliable Community Carers to join our growing team across Maidstone and the surrounding areas.

What You’ll Do

As a Care Worker, no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting with medication
• Preparing meals
• Light domestic duties
• Offering companionship and emotional support

You’ll be at the heart of your community, helping people live well at home.

What We Offer

• Competitive pay + 45p per mile for travel between visits
• Double pay on Christmas Day
• Time and a half on all Bank Holidays
• Flexible shifts to fit around your lifestyle – early mornings, evenings, weekends or full day runs (between 7am and 10pm)
• A supportive and friendly team that values and respects your work
• Full training provided – no prior experience needed

What You’ll Need

• A caring nature and positive attitude – experience is a bonus, but not essential
• The right to work in the UK
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Availability to work alternate weekends
