Role Responsibilities

As a Domiciliary Care Worker, you will support clients to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. Duties may include:

• Providing personal care and support
• Assisting with medication administration
• Supporting with meal preparation and nutrition
• Assisting with mobility and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with household tasks and light domestic duties
• Supporting clients with shopping and appointments
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times

Essential Requirements

• Previous domiciliary care experience is essential
• Right to work in the UK
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable and punctual
• Flexible and willing to work across the required postcode areas
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A genuine passion for caring for others
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred care
• Good written and spoken English
