• Help candidates improve their resumes and LinkedIn profiles.
• Conduct mock interviews and provide interview preparation support.
• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and career goals.
• Guide candidates on job search strategies and professional development.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout their career preparation journey.

✅ Strong interpersonal and counseling abilities.
✅ Confidence in interacting with candidates and understanding their career goals.
✅ A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn.
