Job Summary

We are hiring a career counsellor to join our teams in Thiruvananthapuram. The primary responsibilities of this role include conducting live webinars to present our services, engaging with prospective students, and supporting the lead-to-enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Host and moderate live webinars on platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet to present study abroad services
• Engage with prospective students and respond to queries before, during, and after webinars
• Follow up with webinar attendees to support lead qualification and enrollment conversions
• Coordinate with the marketing team on webinar content and post-session campaigns
• Track and report on attendance, engagement, and conversion metrics
• Manage pre- and post-webinar communications with prospective students

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mass Communication or Journalism preferred)
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort presenting on camera
• Interest in education consulting and student outreach
• Proficiency with webinar platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or WebEx
• Proficiency in English and Malayalam

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales, counselling, or the overseas education industry
• Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking systems
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
