Career Counselor

Aptech Learning – North Nazimabad Center is looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Career Counselor (Female) with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries and walk-in candidates professionally and convert prospective students into admissions.
• Guide students regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational pathways.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students to achieve admission targets.
• Contribute to business growth through effective counseling and student engagement.
• Assist in promotional activities and student engagement initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with good spoken English.
• Confident and pleasant personality with strong counseling, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Basic IT skills and a sound understanding of technology.
• Result-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable approach.

Qualification

BBA, MBA, MPA, BE, BSCS, BS, MS in Psychology, International Relations, or any other relevant qualification.
