Counsel Prospective learners , understand career aspirations , recommended suitable executive education programs , & drive admissions through consultative sales .

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students / working professionals
• Handle inbound & outbound leads
• Conduct phone / virtual counseling
• Explain courses , fees , eligibility & outcomes
• Follow-up & Convert targets
• Meet revenue / admission targets
• Update CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams
• Deliver ethical , customer - centric counselling

Preferred candidate profile

Education : HSC accepted , Graduate / Post Graduate preferred

Experience : Hardcore outbound sales ( non-field). EdTech preferred but not mandatory . Excellent communication , Confidence , fluency & Sales aptitude are mandatory .
