Career Development Officer / Executive – Inside Sales

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven sales professionals for a leading organisation in the higher education industry.

The role involves counselling prospective students and working professionals, handling leads, explaining educational programs, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales leads through calls and virtual interactions.
• Counsel prospective students and working professionals on suitable educational programs.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and program benefits.
• Follow up with prospective learners and convert leads into admissions.
• Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
• Maintain accurate lead details and follow-ups in the CRM.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hardcore sales experience in any industry.
• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or consultative selling preferred.
• Strong sales aptitude and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• HSC or graduate qualification.
• Professional attitude and presentable personality.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred.

Please note: Candidates must be comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
