BeeHive Homes of Snowflake is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and caring Part-Time Caregiver to join our team!

We are a small, home-like assisted living and memory care community where our residents are treated like family. Our caregivers play an important role in creating a safe, comfortable, and loving environment while helping residents maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life.

What You’ll Do

● Provide compassionate, respectful care to our residents

● Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene

● Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

● Provide assistance with meals and encourage proper nutrition and hydration

● Administer or assist with medications as permitted by Arizona regulations and facility policies

● Monitor residents and report changes in condition, behavior, or needs

● Maintain accurate and timely care documentation

● Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and welcoming

● Assist with laundry and other light housekeeping duties

● Participate in activities and spend meaningful time engaging with residents

● Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support

● Follow individualized care plans and facility policies

● Respond appropriately to emergencies and safety concerns

● Work cooperatively with other caregivers, management, families, and healthcare professionals

● Treat every resident with patience, kindness, dignity, and respect

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
