What You Will Do

• Provide companionship and meaningful connection to older adults in their homes
• Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Give medication reminders and help clients follow their care plan
• Run errands and assist with appointments as needed
• Notice and report changes in a client’s condition to the care team

What You Need

• Active California Home Care Aide registration (required)
• Caregiving experience, professional or personal
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance
• A smartphone for scheduling and clocking in
• A clear TB test and the ability to pass a background check
• A warm, dependable, professional approach to care
