Caregiver

Qualifications:

1. Experience working with Alzheimer's or dementia patients
2. Caregiving NC II certification from TESDA, which covers elderly care, knowledge and experience in safety, and hygiene and has the standard training, focusing on assisting the elderly and people with special needs.
3. Proficient in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), CPR certification, patience, and dementia-specific knowledge.
4. Training in handling behavioral changes is highly valued, and formal education (at least 2 years of college) is an advantage
5. Has knowledge in dementia symptoms and behavioral management techniques for patient care.
6. Proficiency in bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, PEG feeding, and mobility assistance.
7. Knowledge of infection control, emergency response, and ensuring a safe home environment.
8. Ability to communicate effectively with both the patient and family members.
