What they need
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily needs
- Assist with meals and hydration
- Help with meal preparation, serving meals, and kitchen clean-up
- Provide medication assistance according to facility procedures and training
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Help residents with mobility and transfers as needed
- Observe residents and report any changes or concerns
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide companionship and participate in resident activities
- Complete required documentation
- Follow all facility policies and California RCFE requirements
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
