Job description

We are looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced Babysitter to provide safe and professional care for children. The babysitter will be responsible for the child’s daily care, safety, hygiene, feeding, activities, and overall well-being while following the parents’ instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and safe care for children.
• Supervise children at all times and ensure a safe environment.
• Prepare bottles, meals, and snacks as instructed by the parents.
• Assist with feeding, bathing, changing diapers, and maintaining hygiene.
• Follow the child’s sleeping and daily routine.
• Engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities.
• Provide newborn and infant care when required.
• Keep the child’s belongings and play area organized.
• Communicate professionally with parents and report any concerns.
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and client instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding the family and client’s personal information.

Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Previous babysitting, childcare, or nanny experience preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, and BLS certification is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, caring, and responsible personality.
• Ability to handle children calmly and professionally.
• Good understanding of child safety and hygiene.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain a child’s routine.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• Professional attitude and appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
