Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Private Caregiver to provide personalized support and assistance to an individual in their home. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality care that promotes comfort, safety, and independence while maintaining dignity and respect at all times. We strive to build a close relationship between the elderly and caregivers, compassion is highly sought after. Key Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences.
• Administer medication reminders and monitor for any changes in health or behavior.
• Offer companionship and emotional support, engaging the client in meaningful activities or conversation.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, tidying, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and social activities (if applicable).
• Communicate regularly with family members or healthcare professionals about the client’s condition and needs.
• Adhere to confidentiality and professional standards of care at all times.

Job Qualifications

• Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or personal support assistance (preferred).
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and patient with a genuine interest in helping others.
• Ability to manage time and responsibilities effectively.
• Background check and clearance to work as a Home care Aide
• Pass a drug test
• Have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or assist with transfers (up to [160 lbs] and under)
• Ability to stand, walk, or move for extended periods

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
