Full Circle Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable, and motivated Caregivers and Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for open cases throughout:

• Anne Arundel County
• Baltimore County
• Baltimore City

Morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend opportunities may be available. Work schedules, responsibilities, and hours will vary based on each individual’s authorized services and support needs.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living
• Bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Companionship and supervision
• Community outings and activities
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Supporting individuals with personal goals and independence
• Following individualized care and service plans
• Completing accurate service documentation
• Reporting changes or concerns to the office
• Communicating with families, nurses, and office staff
• Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment

Qualifications

• At least two years of caregiving or direct support experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current vehicle insurance when driving is required
• Ability to pass a Maryland state background check
• Ability to pass random drug screenings
• Current CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality support
