Caregiver

Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide high-quality elderly care in a supportive and respectful environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting seniors with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This role requires patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our elderly clients. All positions are paid and offer an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
• Escort to and from the dining room for meals
• Help with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed routines
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients
• Assist with depend changes as needed
• Monitor health conditions and report any concerns to healthcare professionals or family members
• Support clients in participating in recreational activities or hobbies to encourage engagement
• Follow care plans and document observations accurately to ensure consistent care delivery

Experience

• Prior experience in elderly care or caregiving is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
• Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
• Strong communication skills and patience are essential for building trust with clients
• Basic knowledge of safety procedures and health protocols related to elderly care
