Caregiver

Code Blew HealthCare Services LLC is seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated caregivers to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities through Florida's Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) waiver program.

We are looking for dependable individuals who are passionate about helping others maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.

Provide companionship and community support.

Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping.

Support clients with community outings and appointments.

Complete daily documentation and maintain accurate service records.

Follow individualized support plans and APD requirements.

Qualifications

Previous caregiving or direct support experience preferred.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.

Ability to pass an AHCA Level 2 background screening.

Complete all required APD training.

Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude.

Available Shifts

Part-time positions available in Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, Palm Coast and surrounding communities.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
