Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Personal Caregiver to provide dedicated support to individuals in need of assistance with daily activities and personal care. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those requiring long-term care, including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those recovering from illness. Duties

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting to promote independence and dignity
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and observe changes in health status, reporting findings accurately and promptly
• Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary restrictions and preferences, supporting overall health and well-being
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing personal spaces

Requirements

• Knowledge of Alzheimer’s care, dementia management, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and adapt to different environments.
• Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in health status or behavior
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients’ families, healthcare providers, and team members
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnight as needed
• Must pass Drug Screen and Background Check.

Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
