Job Overview

Golden Years Retreat is a beautiful six-bed Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE) located in Santa Rosa. We are a family-owned care home dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care in a warm, home-like environment.

We are seeking caring, dependable, and experienced caregivers who are passionate about serving seniors with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all ADLs of residents as needed.
• Cook and assist with all meals.
• Assist with medication pass.
• Assist with hygiene, toileting, and any other needs of residents.
• General Housekeeping/Laundry duties
• Other tasks as assigned by shift lead, Operations Manager, or Administrator to accommodate the needs of the facility.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• RCFE or senior care experience preferred
• Dementia and Alzheimer's care experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background clearance
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Pay: $18.21 - $20.00 per hour
