Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to children and individuals with diverse needs. Responsibilities

• Provide attentive supervision and care for children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children
• Plan and implement engaging activities that support childhood development, learning, and fun
• Ensure child safety through vigilant supervision, adherence to safety protocols, and prompt response to needs or emergencies
• Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns
• Administer basic first aid and CPR when necessary to address minor injuries or health issues
• Support behavioral management strategies to promote positive behavior and emotional regulation
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, nap times, and hygiene practices

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and children of various ages
• Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices
• Valid certification in first aid and CPR from a recognized organization
• Prior experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting, or nannying roles
• Strong communication skills for effective parent interaction and team collaboration
• Ability to plan age-appropriate activities that stimulate learning and socialization
• Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety regulations
• Passion for nurturing children’s growth while maintaining a safe and supportive environment

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
