Full-Time Caregiver — Green Meadows Home Care Inc.,

Location: Orange County, LA County, San Bernardino and Inland Empire
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Green Meadows Home Care is hiring a dependable, compassionate caregiver to help clients remain safe and comfortable at home. We offer a consistent full-time schedule and a guaranteed job and pay.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, meal preparation, companionship, and light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients to appointments when assigned.
• Follow each client’s care plan and document visits accurately.
• Communicate promptly with the office about changes in a client’s condition, scheduling needs, or safety concerns.

Qualifications

• Current California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration
• Current TB test or clearance
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance
• Dependable attendance, clear communication, and a caring, professional manner
• Able to document through EVV. ( Will be trained)
• Ability to travel to client homes within the assigned service area
• No Criminal record
