Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing essential support and assistance to individuals in need, in our assisted living faciliy. Your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and companionship.

Duties
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the well-being and comfort of those you care for, including:

• Assisting clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting clients with medication and monitoring vital signs as required.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Supporting clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring safety within their environment.
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
• Adhering to HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality and privacy.

Experience
Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Previous experience in caregiving or direct support roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques.
• Familiarity with vital signs monitoring and basic health assessments.
• Experience working in group homes or assisted living settings is a plus.
• A can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients are essential.
