About the Role

We have immediate openings providing high-quality, in-home care across **Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Ventura, Thousand Oaks, and 30+ surrounding cities**. If you have a passion for helping others live safely and independently, we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Perks

* Competitive base pay of **$20.00/hr**.

* Guaranteed **$30.00/hr** time-and-a-half pay for all overtime hours worked in compliance with California labor laws.

Core Responsibilities

* Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

* Provide companion care, engaging conversation, and emotional support.

* Perform light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and laundry.

* Assist with medication reminders and tracking health progress.

* Safely assist with client mobility, transfers, and positioning.

* Provide reliable transportation for grocery shopping, errands, or medical appointments.

Job Requirements

* **An updated resume submitted with your application.**

* **Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration number with the state of California.**

* High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Proven experience as a caregiver or home health aide preferred.

* Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle with auto insurance.

* CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it).

* Pass a comprehensive background check and TB test.

* Excellent communication skills, patience, and a warm demeanor.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
