• Home Care Worker / Caregiver

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring Home Care Workers/Caregivers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent.

We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy helping others and can provide respectful, reliable, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with walking, mobility, and transfers
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or activities when required
• Observe and report changes in a client’s condition or needs
• Follow the client’s care plan and agency policies
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment
• Respect client privacy, dignity, preferences, and confidentiality
• Document services provided accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Must be dependable, compassionate, patient, and respectful
• Previous caregiving, home care, personal care, or healthcare experience is preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors
• Ability to assist clients safely with mobility and personal care
• Must be able to pass required background checks
• Reliable transportation is preferred
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance may be required for assignments involving transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or may be required based on assignment

Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, Day Shift, Evening Shift, Overnight and Weekend availability may be available.

Work Location: In person at clients’ homes
