Pay: $19–$22 per hour
Schedule: Part-time and full-time shifts available (days, evenings, weekends, overnights)
Location: Clients in Concord, Pleasant Hill, Pittsburg, Antioch, and nearby communities

We provide non-medical care to older adults, people living with dementia, veterans, and families who need support or respite. What You’ll Do

• Help clients with daily personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, skin care, and mobility/transfers
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical; no administering)
• Prepare meals and help clients follow special diets in their care plan
• Do light housekeeping: laundry, changing linens, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, vacuuming
• Offer companionship through conversation, activities, and encouragement
• Drive or escort clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Support clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and provide respite for family caregivers
• Watch for changes in a client’s health, behavior, or home safety and report them to the office
• Follow each client’s written care plan and record visit notes accurately

What We’re Looking For

• Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA), or willing to register (we’ll walk you through it)
• Able to pass a Live Scan background check and TB test
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Patience, kindness, and good communication
• Able to assist with transfers and be on your feet for extended periods
• Experience with seniors or is required; we provide training
• experience with dementia care is a plus
