Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children across various age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social development
• Provide safe and attentive child supervision during playtime, mealtime, naps, and outings
• Administer basic first aid and CPR in emergency situations while following mandated reporting laws
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily activities
• Support early childhood education principles through teaching experiences and behavior management strategies
• Ensure a clean, safe environment by maintaining proper hygiene standards and adhering to childcare regulations

Skills

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and understanding childhood development needs
• Proven experience caring for children across different age groups, including infants and preschoolers
• Strong activity planning skills tailored to children's interests and developmental stages
• Knowledge of childhood safety protocols such as first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws
• Excellent child supervision abilities combined with effective behavior management techniques
• Effective communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration
• Classroom or daycare experience demonstrating reliable caregiving practices and nurturing support

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
