Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team at SYNERGY HomeCare of Prescott in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Responsibilities:

• Provide companionship and personal care services to clients in their homes, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and complete records of client care and services provided
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure that client needs are met and concerns are addressed
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current with industry best practices and standards
