Caregiver

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals who need help with daily activities due to aging, illness, injury, or disability. They provide essential support by helping with personal hygiene, managing medications, preparing meals, offering companionship, and assisting with mobility to ensure clients remain safe and comfortable

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care to individuals ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement throughout the day
• Assist with daily routines such as feeding, dressing, and assistance with ADLs, IADLs.
• Assist with medication management
• Administer first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any medical or safety concerns
• Collaborate with families and team members to develop individualized care plans tailored to each person's needs
• Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards in daycare or caregiving settings

Requirements

• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Certification or training in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment
• Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to support others’ well-being and growth
