The Opportunity

This role is ideal for people who find meaning in helping others and want a schedule that fits with family, school, or other commitments. As a Caregiver, you will build ongoing relationships with clients, helping them maintain their independence and dignity at home.

You will receive paid training, support from a local office that knows you by name, and personalized client matches so you can provide excellent care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

What You'll Do

• Arrive reliably and on time to clients' homes to assist with daily routines and needs.
• Help clients with bathing, grooming, and hygiene so they feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
• Prepare simple meals and provide light housekeeping to keep the home clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Run errands, provide transportation support as assigned, and keep clear notes to support client care.
• Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support to reduce loneliness and improve quality of life.

What Success Looks Like

• Clients and families feel supported, safe, and heard, and often request you back because of your reliability and care.
• You consistently follow care plans, document visits accurately, and communicate changes or concerns to the office.
• You build trusting, respectful relationships with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.
• You maintain strong attendance and punctuality, contributing to a stable, dependable schedule for your clients.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, compassionate, and patient individuals who genuinely enjoy helping seniors and people with disabilities.
• Comfort assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and hygiene (training provided).
• Ability to handle light housekeeping, simple meal preparation, and basic errands.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail for note-taking, and a respectful, positive attitude with clients and team members.

Compensation and Benefits

• Paid training and shift differentials, including weekend pay.
