Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations, including those with autism, developmental disabilities, and memory care needs. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized care in a respectful and dignified manner.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client's specific needs and preferences.
• Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote emotional well-being.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met.
• Support individuals with memory care challenges through patience and understanding.
• Lift and transfer clients as needed while ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Document daily activities and any changes in the client's condition or behavior accurately.
• Collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Skills

• Experience working with individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or dementia care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of care plans and ability to implement them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients, families, and team members.
• Ability to maintain a clean environment while providing care.
• Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of others.
• Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs, including lifting when necessary.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules.
