What You'll Do

As a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in helping residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and fulfilling life by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living
• Providing personal care with dignity and respect
• Supporting resident mobility and independence
• Assisting during mealtimes and evening routines
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' well-being
• Maintaining a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment
• Responding promptly to resident needs
• Bringing compassion, positivity, and encouragement to every interaction
