Caregiver Swing Shift

At The Springs at Clackamas Woods , our Caregivers build meaningful relationships with residents while working with a team that values kindness, respect, and doing the right thing.

We’re looking for experienced Caregivers who take pride in their work and are looking for a place where they can build lasting relationships, grow their skills, and stay for the long term.

What You’ll Do

• Provide personal care and daily support, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other routines.
• Build trusting relationships with residents through companionship, patience, and encouragement.
• Follow resident service plans and communicate changes in needs, preferences, or condition to the care team.
• Respond to resident requests, pages, and call lights.
• Work closely with Med Techs, nurses, and other team members to provide consistent, person-centered care.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous professional caregiving experience is required.
• Experience providing hands-on personal care to older adults is strongly preferred.
• A dependable, patient, and compassionate approach to caregiving.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to providing consistent, quality care and building lasting relationships with residents.
• Ability to successfully complete a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Schedule Part-time or Full-time available. Set schedules. No rotation. Consistent days off.

• Swing: 2 PM – 10 PM
• Swing: 4 PM – 9 PM
