What You'll Be Doing

• Be a daily hero – Assist with routines and self-care, always with patience and a positive attitude.
• Celebrate independence – Help individuals learn new skills and achieve personal goals.
• Keep it welcoming – Work alongside residents to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Share experiences – Accompany individuals on outings and activities, bringing joy and encouragement.
• Be a trusted ally – Monitor health, well-being, and behavior with care and compassion.
• Create memories – Participate in fun, engaging activities at home and in the community.
• Stay organized – Record daily progress, health updates, and individual achievements.

Current Open Shifts

• 7:00am – 3:00pm | Part-Time
• 3:00pm – 11:00pm | Part-Time
• 11:00pm – 7:00am | Part-Time

No experience or prior training required! We’re looking for responsible, caring, and safety-conscious people ready to learn on the job. Pay is hourly with additional pay based on experience. Multiple shifts and locations available.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Valid AL driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Willing to undergo background and drug screenings
• Able to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Physical ability to stretch, push, pull, kneel, reach, twist, walk, or stand up to eight hours and perform Safety Care duties
