We are currently looking for a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA), CNA, or Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client located in the San Gabriel Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one assistance and supervision
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Personal care, grooming, dressing, and hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as needed
• Meal preparation and feeding assistance as appropriate
• Light housekeeping related to the client’s care
• Provide companionship and maintain client safety
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Follow the client’s established plan of care

Qualifications

• HHA, CNA, or experienced Caregiver
• Previous experience providing one-on-one or private-duty care preferred
• Reliable and dependable
• Compassionate and patient
• Good communication skills
• Must be able to work independently in the client’s home
• Must have reliable transportation
