Caregiver/Personal Assistant

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver/Personal Assistant to provide personalized support for an individual requiring assistance with daily activities. This role involves delivering patient personal care, supporting senior and geriatric needs, and assisting with home-based tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable utilizing their caregiving skills in a dynamic environment, while also managing office-related responsibilities using iPhone and computer technology. Responsibilities

• Approach caregiving situations proactively while maintaining a professional office assistant mindset.
• Respond flexibly to emerging needs that require caregiving expertise or organizational support.
• Utilize iPhone and computer skills to manage schedules, communicate effectively, and handle administrative tasks.
• Perform home care duties, including light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders as needed.
• Support senior and geriatric individuals with their daily needs to promote comfort and independence.
• Assist with personal transportation, ensuring safe and timely travel to appointments or errands.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving, personal assistance, or related roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of geriatrics and senior care best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to approach tasks with compassion and professionalism.
• Proficiency with iPhone and computer applications necessary for scheduling, communication, and administrative duties.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations requiring both caregiving and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and attentive to detail in providing high-quality support.
• Experience with aging and mental health disorders beneficial

This is a paid position suitable for individuals committed to delivering compassionate care while managing essential administrative functions efficiently.

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
